What helps us fix things faster

• The format you started from and the size limit you picked, for example "a 1.2 GB MKV, Discord preset".
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Your browser and operating system.

Please do not send us the video itself. Your files never reach our servers by design, and we cannot accept them.

Reporting a problem with the site

Compression runs inside your browser, so most failures come down to the file, the browser, or the amount of memory your device can spare. Telling us the three things above is usually enough to reproduce the problem without any file changing hands.
